Organic farming with ladybirds

If you own a House and you yearn to grow a garden, you know how important it is to eat healthy and wholesome products without the use of insecticides and pesticides.

We find allies for our garden with ladybirds which are a true symbol of ecological agriculture in that conflict and feed on aphids and pests becoming a natural pesticide.

Do you think the ladybugs lay hundreds of eggs in the colonies of aphids, larvae just out of their shells begin to feed on these. During a life cycle of 3-6 weeks the insect can feed about five thousand aphids.

In Italy there are over a hundred species, almost all red or yellow with their unmistakable black dots.

To be able to bring in our own garden simply cultivating edible plants like broccoli, cauliflower, horseradish or herbs such as calendula, dandelion, Sage and coriander.
