The mistakes that you can make by pouring the Imu with the appropriate template (F24) can belong to the category of formal or substantive errors.

But what are substantial errors?

Are all those that break the gear ratio of your information and your payment you make to the State.

I’ll list some substantial errors:

– When showing an incorrect amount

– When in your communication of data you’re wrong to insert the correct name of Registrant

– When showing the common code wrong. In this case you simply fill out a new F24 where you will write the codes of the erroneous payment indicating the amount in credit on a subsequent row the same codes but with common code exactly.

Between formal errors we find:

– Failure to fill in a field

– A misdirection of the number of installments

– Failure to provide deduction

– The amount of the deduction Back incorrectly

– When the supplied data in F24 model build prevent the transfer of money to the correct recipient you can compile a new F24

– If you entered correctly the data of payment but wrong to indicate the details of the person who was to make a statement (for example, if you entered the data property of the cohabiting rather than enter the data of the owner of the property) you consider the passing on of the tax, so you’ll still need to present a new F24 with correct data but cannot obtain reimbursement of the sums (resolution # 2/DF/2012 of the Finance Department).
